The House-Senate conference on the Mutual Security Bill, which includes aid to Israel, has agreed on the amount of money to be authorized, Sen. Tom Connally, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said today, but declined to reveal the figures. It is expected here that in the expected compromise, $167,500,000 will be allocated for Near East aid. This is half-way between the $175,000,000 voted by the House and the $160,000,000 voted by the Senate.
