In other meetings in Washington yesterday Mr. Eshkol explained Israel’s finance problems including sales plans and problems arising from Israel’s short term indebtedness. This conversation took place at the Treasury Department. Various problems relating to Israel’s food supply were discussed with Secretary of Agriculture Ezra T. Benson.
