German Supreme Court Releases Without Bail Leader of Nazi Plot

The West German Supreme Court at Karlsruhe yesterday released without bail Werner Naumann arrested last January by the British occupation authorities as the head of a new Nazi conspiracy.

It added that there was no danger of his fleeing nor hampering the investigation of the plot. “
