Download PDF for this date

The West German law for the indemnification of individual victims of Nazism, adopted by parliament eight weeks ago, has now been promulgated through publication of the text in the Official Gazetta.

Although the law will enter into effect on October 1, not a single implementation regulation or administrative directive has yet been issued.
