Ethiopia will shortly grant Israel de jure recognition and will establish diplomatic relations with the Jewish State, it was learned here today.
It is understood that the move is being made over the strenuous objections of the Arab states. Ethiopia and Israel have developed a lively trade in recent years, and the Ethiopian Government owns considerable real property in the new city of Jerusalem.
