A delegation from the DAIA, central representative organization of Argentine Jews, called on the Bolivian Ambassador here to express the Jewish community’s concern over reports of new anti-Semitic manifestations in Bolivia.

Ambassador J. Pinell told the delegation, composed of DAIA president Dr. Israel Novic and vice-president Jacobo Bronfman, that there is no foundation to reports of anti-Jewish persecution in Bolivia. The Ambassador promised to convey to his government the DAIA’s sentiments.
