Formation of a new Jewish Community Council has been announced here. The Council was formed following a series of holiday services conducted by Rabbi Isaac E. Bloch, of Palm Springs. The new Council, which has been offered space by two church groups, will sponsor services, a religious school, and educational and philanthropic activities.
