“Herzl Sabbath” will be observed in synagogues throughout the United States this Saturday in tribute to the memory of Theodor Herzl who founded the Zionist movement, which led to the establishment of the State of Israel. The occasion is one of the highlights marking the world-wide observance of the 50th Herzl Commemorative Year which will continue until July 20, 1955.
