The third Latin American convention of B’nai B’rith concluded here today, after re-electing Dr. Israel Drapkin of Chile president of the B’nai B’rith Latin American Committee.
Present at the parley were 70 delegates from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile; Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Venezuala and Uruguay. Philip Klutznick, head of the American and world B’nai B’rith organizations, was a featured speaker.
