Isaac Rosenfeld, novelist, short story writer and educator, died here yesterday. He was 38. Mr. Rosenfeld taught English and the humanities at the Universities of Chicago and Minnesota and at New York University. He was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1947.
