Yugoslavia is attaching very little political significance to reports emanating from Cairo alleging friction between Yugoslav elements of the United Nations Emergency Force and Israeli troops whom these UN units are replacing in the Sinai Peninsula.

That fact became known here today after a series of talks between the two governments, held at the Foreign Ministry here and, simultaneously, at the Foreign Ministry in Belgrade. In the Yugoslav capital, Israel Minister Arye Levavi met with Deputy Foreign Minister Paraitza, and the atmosphere during these talks was reported to have been very friendly.
