U.S. Jewish Communal Leaders to Study Social Problems in Israel

Forty rabbis, social workers and educators left yesterday for Israel. Sponsored by the Education and Culture Department of the Jewish Agency and the National Conference of Jewish Communal Service, the group will spend six weeks in Israel observing social and spiritual institutions, attending a series of lectures by outstanding experts on various aspects of social work, meeting with political and civic leaders and touring the country.
