More than 1,200 Argentine Jews turned out last night at a dinner conducted by the United Israel Campaign to honor Yakov Tsur, Israel’s Ambassador to France, Mr. Tsur, who arrived here this week, is popular here since the early days of the establishment of Israel when he was his country’s first envoy to Argentina.
Tonight, Israel’s Ambassador Arieh L. Kubovy will tender an official reception for Mr. Tsur and for Prof. Ernest D. Bergmann, chairman of Israel’s Atomic Energy Commission.
