A $10,000,000 nationwide drive was launched here today by the National Committee for Labor Israel, the funds to be utilized to further the constructive program of Histadrut, the Israel labor federation.
Dr. Dov Biegun, national secretary of the NCLI, explained that the new target was set “to help Histadrut meet the growing demands made upon it by the unceasing influx of new immigrants and by the accelerated pace of settlement in development areas from northern Galilee to the southern Negev.”
