Joint Israel-ghana Development Company Established

The Government of Ghana and Solel Boneh, major Israel construction enterprise, have initiated an agreement for establishment of a joint Ghana-Israel development company, it was learned today.

The company will be set up with capital of 500,000 pounds sterling ($1,400,000) to engage in building housing projects, highways, port developments and other projects. Additional funds for major projects will be provided in the form of government and bank loans from Israel and from Ghana. Solel Boneh will provide most of the heavy equipment, technicians and experts.
