Ex-Nazis in Austria who still claim German nationality will soon gain equal exemption from property confiscation as a result of their Hitlerite activities. Austrian Nazis are already exempt from such seizure.
Austrian Finance Minister Reinhard Kamitz submitted to the Cabinet today a draft of a bill extending to German citizens the amnesty from property confiscator for crimes committed during the Nazi regime in Austria.
