There are signs that Nazism is reviving in Germany, Heinz Galinski, president of the Berlin Jewish Community, declared yesterday at a meeting commemorating the 15th anniversary of the uprising of the Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto against the armed might of Hitler’s legions. An estimated 30, 000 Jews died in the holocaust.

Mr. Galinski cited the “shocking” evidence that men who took part in the extermination of European Jewry are now back in responsible governmental and educational posts in West Germany. He also criticized the Adenauer regime for allowing Nazis to “express freely their reprehensible opinions and advocate the renewed murder of Jews”

Among the other observances this week-end was a broadcast on “Free Berlin, ” the Berlin radio station, of a manuscript on the revolt 15 years ago. It was written by Joseph Wulf, Berlin correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency,
