The first of four ships carrying parts of a Soviet factory to be set up in Egypt has arrived in Alexandria, and the other three are due this week-end, it was reported here today. All four vessels will return to Soviet Russia with a combined cargo of 14,000 bales of cotton grown in Egypt and Syria.
