Hammarskjold Discusses Territorial Integrity with Jordan’s Premier

Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold and Jordan’s Prime Minister Samir el-Rifai yesterday discussed the Arab-sponsored resolution adopted here last summer by the special Emergency session of the General Assembly, which among other things, called upon “all member states” to respect one another’s territorial integrity and sovereignty. The two-hour conference, according to a communique issued here today, “reviewed developments relating to the resolution of Aug. 21.

Tightening of the Arab boycott against Israel will be discussed by the economic council of the Arab League which opened a series of sessions in Cairo today, according to the Arab Information Center in New York. Among the items listed for the council’s agenda are “recommendations of the regional boycott offices.”
