President Frondizi Says Jews Enjoy Complete Freedom in Argentina

President Arturo Frondizi of the Argentine Republic told press representatives here that Argentina’s population is predominantly Roman Catholic but there is no problem involving the religious freedom of Jews and Protestants. He said that Argentina will never have such a problem.

He cited guarantees in the Argentine constitution protecting the freedom of worship of non-Catholics. He said Jews and Protestants in Argentina may worship as they see fit and in the light of their conscience.
