The Home for Aged and Infirm Hebrews honored Miss Amy P. Frank at a luncheon for her gift of $1,250,000 for a five-story pavilion which will make it possible for the institution to provide facilities for 100 more residents. The donor is a daughter of the late Samuel France, a Pittsburgh glass manufacturer.
