Senate to Vote Wednesday on Naming of Reid As U.S. Envoy to Israel

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May. 28)

The Senate will vote on Ogden Reid’s appointment as Ambassador to Israel next Wednesday, it was indicated today. The nomination was confirmed by a 10 to 4 vote by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee last Tuesday.
