The American OSE announced today the election of Dr. Bela Schick, noted pediatrician and discoverer of the Schick Test for diphtheria, as chairman of its board of Directors, Dr. Schick succeeds Dr. Israel S. Wechsler of the Hebrew University who was named honorary chairman.
