Israel’s President Izhak Ben-Zvi today visited ancient sites and Buddhist temples here, including the famous golden Shwedagon pagoda, during the third day of his state-visit to Burma.

He was later entertained by Premier Ne Win and family. During the day, former Burmese Premier U Nu, who visited Israel in 1955, called on President Ben-Zvi. Mrs. Ben-Zvi and three foreign ministry aides are accompanying the Israeli President on his Burmese tour.
