Saul R. Levin, prominent Jewish attorney and former Honduran Consul in Detroit, died here yesterday at the age of 62. Mr. Levin, a leading authority on penology, was appointed last month by Governor G. Mennen Williams as a member of the Michigan Corrections Commission. He was active in Jewish educational affairs.
