A factual history of the rebirth of Israel, including most basic documents dealing with the various steps taken by governments and the League of Nations after World War I in the direction of recognition of the Jewish Homeland in Palestine, was published here by the Israel Office of Information. The 187-page volume, entitled “Israel’s Struggle for Peace,” was prepared for free mailing to organizations and interested individuals.
