LONDON (Oct. 25)
Dr. Walter Zurpins, director of police in Hannover, Germany, was arrested there yesterday on charges of complicity in the persecution of the Jews in the Lodz, Poland, ghetto during the Nazi occupation of Germany, it was reported here today.
