The 120-man mission of the United Jewish Appeal, which has spent 12 days here conferring with Government officials and inspecting various development and immigrant-absorption installations through Israel, is leaving for home tomorrow.

Today, the members of the mission conferred with Mrs. Golda Meir, Israeli Foreign Minister, and Haim Yahil, director-general of the Foreign Ministry, who told the Americans that “any attempt by any Arab state to divert the waters of the Jordan River would be regarded by Israel as an act of open hostility.”
