Plato Films, Ltd. has been informed by the British Board of Film Censors that a permit will not be granted for the showing of the company’s 20-minute documentary, “The Warsaw Ghetto” unless all scenes showing the bodies of the victims have been removed from the film, it was reported here today.

In denying the permit for the film, which was made by the Nazis themselves, the Board said it had no “desire to lessen the impact of this film to whitewash or condition in any way what was done by the Nazis. We are aware that even this film shows city a part of the story and that there were other things done that were even more horribly.
