Bernhard Sander, 61, an insurance salesman, was sentenced here yesterday to five weeks in jail on charges of defamation of the Jews.
The Cologne Criminal Court found him guilty of distributing a leaflet by the Swedish anti-Semite, Einar Aberg, titled “Proof that the Jewish Allegation that Hitler Gassed 6,000,000 Jews is a Big Lie.”
