The City College of Los Angeles is offering during the coming fall, credit courses in elementary and intermediate modern Hebrew.
The courses include reading, writing and essentials of Hebrew grammar and also content an the geography, customs and culture of Israel. Each course will meet five times a week and will enable students to earn four college credits for each semester.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
