The State Mint of the Netherlands has issued two gold medals in commemoration of the 15th anniversary of the State of Israel.
The medals bear on one side the heads of King David and King Solomon. On the other are representations of a Menorah, Israel in Hebrew letters and representations of the shekel. Symbols of the 12 tribes comprise the border of the medals.
