The joint Israel-United States team of technicians, working out preliminary details of President Johnson plan to set up a nuclear desalination plant in Israel, is completing the initial survey of the project, and will submit a report next week: This was announced today by Theodore Kollek, director-general of the Prime Minister’s Office, who returned here today from a visit to the United States in connection with the desalination project. The joint team, which has been deliberating in Washington, is composed of three Israeli and three American experts in the field.
