An open statement to West Germany was addressed here today in advertisements in all leading Mexican newspapers, placed by the Jewish Central Committee of Mexico, protesting against Bonn’s halting of arms shipments to Israel under Arab pressure. The advertisements appeared to have made a deep impression on Mexican public opinion.
