Queen Juliana has confered the officership of the Order of Orange Nassau on Jacob Passer, president of the Amsterdam Jewelers Club on the 75th anniversary of the club. Passer, an Orthodox Jew, is a wellknown Jewish social worker and a member of the executive of the Ashkenazi Jewish community of Amsterdam.
