The Association of Victims of Nazi persecution charged here today that 34 judges and state prosecutors now serving in West German courts had served in the judiciary of the Hitler SS (Elite Guard).
The charge was contained in a document published today by the organization which contains detailed biographical data showing that the listed judges and prosecutors had held similar positions with the Nazi SS. Included in the publication are photostats of SS membership cards, appointments to Hitler’s judiciary, files from Israeli police records and several photographs.
