A pictorial volume, depicting the story of the notorious Bergen Belsen concentration camp in which tens of thousands of Jews were annihilated during the Nazi regime, was published here this week, marking the 20th anniversary of the liberation of the Jews from the Nazi camps.

Entitled “Holocaust and Rebirth,” the volume carries a foreword by Dr. Jacob Robinson, renowned international jurist and scholar in the research of the holocaust. An account and evaluation of the history of Bergen Belsen in the last twenty years is given by Josef Rosensaft, president of the World Federation of the Bergen Belsen Associations. The volume was edited by Sam E. Bloch. The book is tri-lingual–English, Hebrew, Yiddish–and contains over 1,000 pictures.
