Dr. Rene Schick Guttierez, President of Nicaragua, pledged to aid in Israel’s defense if the Jewish State is “invaded.” Dr. Schick, who just returned from a visit to Israel, told a convention of the Jewish War Veterans here that “if Israel is invaded, Nicaragua, as well as all the nations of the western world, should defend it with every resource at their disposal.”
