President of Tunisia Reiterates Call for Arab Peace Talks with Israel

President Habib Bourguiba of Tunisia reiterated here his conviction that the Arab countries should enter into peace talks with Israel. The Tunisian leader, who rocked the Arab world a couple of years ago by taking that stand, made the point again in an interview with Die Welt, leading German newspaper. He said also that war should not be considered a means of solving the “Palestine problem.”
