Informed United Nations quarters said today that when the special emergency session of the General Assembly reconvenes on Sept. 18 to consider the Middle East situation, it will adopt a procedural resolution turning the Arab-Israel dispute over to the regular session of the Assembly which convenes the following day. The resolution, it was expected, will ask the General Assembly to give priority to the Middle East item.
