National Democratic Party Members Clash with Opponents in Two German Cities

Members of the neo-Nazi National Democratic Party (NPD) were involved in clashes today with hostile demonstrators in Coburg and Bochum. In Coburg, the angry demonstrators attempted to break up an NPD congress in which Adolf von Thadden, party chairman, was participating. In Bochum, NPD members clashed with opposition elements in street fights. Several persons were injured.
