James A. Farley and Gen. Lucius Clay have been named honorary chairmen of the National Shrine to the Jewish War Dead in Washington, according to an announcement at the 73rd annual convention here of the Jewish War Veterans, by Julius Klein, president of the shrine, which was chartered by Congress in 1958. It is a repository of souvenirs on participation by American Jews in American wars from the Revolution to the present time.
