France’s new Premier, Jacques Chaban-Delmas. writing as the former mayor of Bordeaux, has sent a letter of greeting to Mayor Teddy Kollek of Jerusalem. The letter, written before his appointment to the Premiership, was handed yesterday to Mr. Kollek by Emile Leon, deputy mayor of Bordeaux, who is here to attend a conference of rabbis and synagogue leaders devoted to tourism. The message expressed best wishes for prosperity and happiness to the mayor and citizens of Jerusalem.
