B’nai B’rith reported today that 15 Israeli girls and nine boys have arrived for a stay at the organization’s camp at Starlight, Pa. in the second Israeli-American youth exchange program sponsored by B’nai B’rith. The 24 Israeli teenagers are members of the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization counterpart in Israel, Noar Lenoar.

Officials reported that the purpose of the tour is to bring Israeli youth into contact with their American contemporaries in the United States in a Jewish setting. During the visit, the Israeli youth will discuss with American campers the problems of Jewish youth in Israel and in other countries and will seek ways to bridge the gap which some observers have said exists between the Jewish youth of the two countries.
