British rabbinical authorities and the Federation of Synagogues have declared next Saturday, a day of prayer and remembrance for the Jews who were executed in Iraq last year. Jan. 15 will be the first anniversary of the public hangings in Baghdad and Basra. Nine Jews went to the scaffold along with other Iraqis on charges of having spied for Israel and the United States.
