Milton Katz Elected Chairman of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

Milton Katz, an attorney, educator and public official has been elected chairman of the board of trustees of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, it was announced here. He succeeds Whitney North Seymour who had served as chairman since 1958. Prof. Katz is director of international legal studies at the Harvard Law School and has been a member of the Carnegie executive committee since 1960 and vice chairman of its board of trustees since 1969.
