The Extreme right-wing National Democratic Party (NPD) sank to its lowest ebb in yesterday’s local elections in Schleswig-Holstein, West Germany’s northernmost province. The reputedly neo-Nazi NPD lost all four seats it held in the provincial parliament. The 5.8 percent of the vote it polled in the last election fell to 1.3 percent.
