Employes of the Argentine Keren Hayesod have been staging a slow-down to protest against what they claim are low salaries and lack of advancement. In an advertisement in the Jewish weekly. “Mundo Israelita,” some 50 administrative employes said: “Our demands have not been listened to and have been delayed.” The slow-down and sit-down strikes have been going on for 16 days completely paralyzing the KH here. Intensive efforts are being made to solve the situation but up to now the employes have not accepted any of the offers made.
