The President of Panama, Gen. Omar Torrijos, will pay an official visit to Israel next week, it was learned here today. The visit has not yet been formally announced by the two governments, but it was reliably learned that Torrijos will be in Israel from Sept. 28-30 as guest of President Ephraim Katzir and Premier Menachem Begin. This will be the first official visit by a head of state since the Likud government took office.
