Rumanian Chief Rabbi Moses Rosen sent cables Tuesday to U.S. Sen. Abraham Ribicoff (D. Conn.) and Rep. Charles Vanik (D. Ohio) asking to be allowed to testify before their committees when they consider whether to continue U.S. most-favored-nation trade status for Rumania.
